Return Policy
Your satisfaction means everything to us. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your Pevict portrait, please reach out to us at support@pevict.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to listen, understand, and find a solution that makes you smile.
That said, since every Pevict creation is a custom-made piece requiring hours of handcrafting, we do not accept returns.
If you’d like a few touch-ups or changes, you’re welcome to ship your Pevict portrait back to us (at your own cost), and we’ll be happy to make the requested adjustments to bring it closer to your vision.
We deeply appreciate your support for slow, intentional craftsmanship.
Order Cancellation Policy
To confirm your spot in our queue, a non-refundable 20% deposit is required at checkout. This helps us allocate the necessary time and resources to bring your custom piece to life.
We’ll refund your payment minus the deposit if you need to cancel before production begins.
If we’ve already started crafting your piece, unfortunately, cancellations can no longer be accepted due to the personalized nature of our work and the time and materials already invested.

Order Change Policy
Need to make a change to your order? No problem—just email us within 24 hours of placing it. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request, but changes after that window are not guaranteed due to our production schedule.
